DTS extractor 1.1 doesn't work for me. I am under windows 8. When I double click on the exe, all I get is a blank page. So, how can I unpack the vfs archive so that I can install the enhancement addon?
Disappointed.

I know it's been over a year since the last comment (which isn't written by me), but I still decided to comment in case someone is having problems with the extractor. I am using Windows 7 and the extractor seems to work... sort of... When you double click the "vfs Tools" icon the program opens and a pretty blank window opens. There are three buttons on the bottom "Save All", "Open" and "Close". First you need to open each of the vfs files one by one and they appear to the blank space above the fore mentioned buttons. You can't choose them all at the same time, which is kinda dumb... after opening the files into the window you should click "save all" and browse to the folder where the original vfs files were located to extract the files.

For me though this produced an error message and some corrupted files and I ended up using the tool successfully only when I opened, saved and closed the program seperately. So I what I did was basically "Open (Levels.vfs, Levels shows up in the blank space ) --> Save All (Saving to the same location where the Levels.vfs was) --> Wait for the program to extract the files --> Click Close (it doesn't actually "close" the program, just empties the window)". Then I choose the next file Models.vfs and basically did the same steps to all of the .vfs files. These steps might seem tedious, but it really shouldn't take more than couple of minutes :) I hope this "guide" helps someone :)

It does help :)when trying to save all .vfs files I got the errors "header checksum illegal" and "compression method unknown". When I do it file by file it worked fine. Windows 8.1 64x this programm still works fine. Thanks to the developer Termite and Anonymous for commenting :)
