Lost Planet Extreme Condition .ARC Extractor v1.1
Requirements: Microsoft® .NET Framework 2.0
Download: Lost Planet Extreme Condition .ARC Extractor v1.1
Info: This version can handle more than ~70% file extensions of .arc files. Problem is file extensions are hashed with some algorithm which is not implemented in executable module, that is why tool will create some files with hash extensions like: "tool\Havok\Vertex\om4012_1.1AEB54D1". Game music was recorded and encoded with high quality and compressed in Ogg format.

ola friend, would like to know as I make to edit the archives .msg, and to extract the texts. thanks.
Well no, and I cant make a packer because I still don't know all hashes for all extensions. Looks like those .msg files was written in UNICODE try to open it with some text utility which can handle UNICODE or which can analyze the encoding.
And as it is possible to pack back-?
Awesome work, I was hoping it would work with Devil May Cry 4, since it's a Capcom game too and uses arc files, but I'm getting 0 bytes for all the extracted content. Bummer. I was really hoping it would work :(
@mazrit :
I don't know what your talking about ...you have to extract and SAVE the files somewhere on your computer ...It works fine !!!!!!(if you get "0" it because it smaller than 1 megabyte)
Now my question is :
,...why is there a "MAKE" button that is never accessible....I would like to repack these files ...
Thanks in advance
@SweetC :
It really doesn't work fine for DMC4...
Each file i extracted from DMC4 arc files has 0 byte(absolutely nothing), like mazrit mentioned earlier.
I tried the ARC extractor it works!
but still unable to find the 3D model files. The ones extracted are way too small to be 3D model
I try to use ARC Extractor v1.1 on devil may cry4.
In this case "exception" arrived.
The Exception is "zLib.SharpZipBaseException".
so, I followed by debugger, ZipException throw from Read() function on InflaterInputStream.cs.
I think Decode error by extract Header by "Inflate(byte[] buffer, int offset, int count)" in Inflater.cs.
well. I can't trace over than here.
Once I unzip the files in the format "A7FEA62 .5" but how to open them or convert them?
